About The Caledon Fairgrounds

The Caledon Fairgrounds are owned and operated by the Caledon Agricultural Society.  Although sports groups and the general public have access to the facility, the fairgrounds are privately owned.  From time to time, you may see Town of Caledon trucks and equipment working at the fairgrounds.  They are performing maintenance according to a legal land use agreement between the Town of Caledon and the Caledon Agricultural Society providing for the use the grounds by the Caledon Parks and Recreation Dept. for local ball teams in exchange for maintenance required due to the wear and tear caused by such use.

If you or your organization is interested in renting the Caledon Fairgrounds for your event please contact us as the Caledon Agricultural Society would be happy to review your needs and offer the use of our facility at a reasonable rate.  Rental rates are negotiated based on the size and nature of your event, space and facility requirements.  To discuss the rental of Caledon Fairgrounds, please contact Anne Ward, President @ 519-927-5305.

From time to time, Caledon Fairgrounds experiences acts of vandalism.  The damage caused to the Caledon Fairgrounds by such inconsiderate individuals hinders the members of the Caledon Agricultural Society and limits its effectiveness as one of Caledon's community groups.  Valuable volunteer time and funds are consumed in repairing these acts of destructiveness.  If you see any act of vandalism on the Caledon Fairgrounds please contact one of the executive members listed on our home page or call the OPP.
